Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms offered beautiful views of the mountains, and enjoying the live music from the Bar & Russian band was a nice touch. Shisha prepared by Hani added to the charm. The hotel's central location near a large shopping mall made exploring the city convenient. However, issues like a less clean environment and faulty toilet flusher were drawbacks. It was disappointing that there was no swimming pool for children, and the rooms were not always adequately prepared without requesting essential items like water, tea, coffee, and slippers.
